Dr Seuss baby album

My cousin had a baby a couple of weeks ago and they painted the baby room's blue and put up Dr. Seuss quotes so I wanted to keep that theme with their baby album. I used Craft Smith blue paper pack for the backrounds, and DCWV preppy princess paper as all the papers. I couldn't find any Dr. Seuss embellishments, so i went thrift storing and found Dr Seuss books that I cut up, fussy cut, and added to the album.

Calendar for in-laws

Last night we did our Christmas celebration with the in-laws as we are going to Vancouver Island to spend Christmas with my family and my husband's parents are going to LA. Hence why I am able to share some of the pages I created for their calendar already:

Sisters Canvases

I have had a busy weekend making canvases for my mom and her three sisters. This past summer we had a family reunion and one afternoon while at my grandma's house all four sisters were together with their mom for the first time in who knows how many years. Someone thought it would be a great idea to take a picture together and the picture turned out so great that I was inspired to create a scrapbook on canvas for each of them.

I created this based on a cut file from Paper Issues:

Caught!! Pixels and Paper December DT Reveal

I cannot believe it is December already, our tree is up and today I'm putting up my son's advent calendar!!!

This month is a wonderful Christmas inspiration: CRITERIA - Christmas and/or Pets and if you are extra clever ... Christmas Pets

Here is my take:

I used the new Christmas line from Simple Stories, the photo is from last year which I took after the stocking were hung and I caught Santa (aka photo app) placing presents in the stocking!!!

Family Canvases

Over the summer, my dad, his sisters and parents were all together which rarely happens so they were able to have a photo together. Now usually when a picture is taken of the five of them together there is atleast one of them who is not looking at the camera but this one they are all looking at the camera and are all smiling!!! So I made the photo into a canvas for my grandma, aunts, and dad:

Sisters

As soon as I saw this picture, I knew that I needed to scrap them but then I came up with the idea that if i loved this picture so much that the people in the picture (my cousins - - who are sisters) would also like the picture so I scrapped the picture and made it into 12x12 canvases.
