Unsure of great-grandma Simple Sketches #4 (layout 334)

Another fabulous sketch from Simple Sketches:


Here is my take:
I used DCWV baby girl stack and recollection adhesive borders. The washi tape is from the dollar store and the little button I have had forever in my stash. The flower clusters are a mix of flowers from Prima and Jollee.
