Here is my take:

Supplies used:
paper: bazzill basics (cardstock), my mind's eye (now and then: happenings, smile, dapper)
alphas: thickers (rockabye: leaf, treasure: glitter)
flowers: prima (small road trip), dollar store
other: florish with a bling (pearls, mango), my mind's eye (now and then: brads, mixed bag, ribbon), lily bee journaling cards (buttercup)
ink: tim holtz distress pad (evergreen bough)
