Cutie Pie - ScrapMuch? Sketch-y Friday DT Reveal May 8 (158/365)

Good morning from chilly Northern Alberta!!! Fortunately, it's just chilly and not snowing like yesterday (yes our second winter has officially hit us). It is Friday and you know what that means SKETCH-Y Friday over at ScrapMuch?

I stayed pretty close to the sketch, except I didn't add journalig (instead I added words) and didn't use the banner. here are a couple of close ups:

I used my silhouette to cut the background shape and then weaved ribbon in and out to soften in. I also wasn't happy with the border so i added some sequins (i'm really obsessed with sequins right now).
