Handsome - Pixels and Paper January DT reveal

Greetings everyone!!! Hope you had a great holiday week!!! How are you all doing?? I am super excited to share with you my take on Pixels and Papers January's reveal. I was inspired by the rainbow smear across her face and all the colours. I used a variety of tim holtz distress paint, lindy's stampgang starbursts and smooch spritz. I am super happy with how this layout turned out!!

Here is this month's inspiration:

Twist this month is to have paint on your project!! Hope you can play along this month at Pixels and Paper, you have until the end of the month to link up your project: http://pixelsandpaperchallengeblog.blogspot.ca/

Good morning everyone!!! How are you doing on this mid-month reveal day?? Anyone else stressing about Christmas?? I am in full-on crafting mode as we are heading on holidays Friday and I still have 1 present to make (eeek). My goal is to get as much done as I can get done and whatever I don't get done, I will pack up with me and I will finish the present when we get there :) Now onto today's reveal. . . this one is a really fun layout with lots of pictures and option for bling!!!! Here is my take on today's sketch:

And here is December 15th's sketch:

I kept fairly close to the sketch except switched up the photos a bit and used stickles instead of bling. Here are some close ups:

6x6 album - grandparents present

First project to share with you tonight is a 6x6 mini album (12 pages), that I finished last night for my son's grandparents (my in-laws) as part of their Christmas gift. I was quite sneaky with these photos and explained to my mil that I needed any photos she had of kyle because I was working on his yearly album and wanted to use all photos of him and I used all the photos she sent me and created this album (hehehehe so sneaky sneaky).

'Twas the night before - Let's Scrap December 1 DT reveal (457-458/365)

Good morning everyone, it's December 1st which means sketch reveals day at Let's Scrap!! Here is today's wonderful sketch:
 And my take:

I stayed pretty true to the sketch; however instead of twine, I used washi tape, used some mist as well as added extra embellies. I decided to go with a Christmas theme for a couple of reasons 1) to get me in the Christmas spirt and 2) i found that these photos really worked well with the sketch.

Thank you for stopping by and for your wonderful comments, hope you can play along this month for a chance to win a great prize from our wonderful sponsor Craft Classes online http://letsscrapsketches.blogspot.ca/
