Layouts 201-205 & some exciting news :)

So I have some exciting news!!!!! We have decided to put our house on the market and move to a bigger house. Currently I scrap on the kitchen counters so I have to clean-up/put everything away when I am done scrapping (which is kind of a pain). We are looking for a 3 bedroom place (currently have two) and the third bedroom will be my crafting space!!!!!  Here's hoping that our house sells fast so we can move into a new place (which we still have to find, but we are looking at two tonight so crossing fingers)

June Create to Live Challenge (layout 200)

I love working with Susan's inspirations as it inspires me to push my limits and create out of the box. This is Junes inspiration:

Here is my take:

I used a sketch by Amy Prior Designs (I love love love this sketch and will definitely be using it again). I used TCW 12x12 template (paradise) to create the background with both Tattered Angels Glimmer mist (starfish & cupid). I then splattered craft smart paint (bright magenta & mediterranean blue) and let dry over night. I also used tattered angel glitter mist (apple) on two doilies.

Other supplies:
distress ink: spun sugar, weathered wood, aged mahogany
flowers: prima, harmonie, recollection, unknown

Wedding Album (layouts 176-197)

My cousin got married this past May in St. Lucia and is having her reception this summer in Calgary. I love receiving hand-made gifts and a couple of years ago, I started making pre-made scrapbooks for family and friends when they have experience a major life event (birth of a baby, wedding, birthday milestones). I customize the books so they are all ready to go and they can add their own journalling and pictures. This is an album I made for my cousin, using her Wedding Colours (Black, White, Tiffany Blue).
