A favorite moment (56/365)

Nothing like cutting it close. . .after a month of up and downs illness wise i am slowly scrapping when my body allows. This layout actually sat on my crafting space for the last five days because i have been busy with appts and procrastinating the stitching.

Here is my layout:

I was inspired by Sue Sykes sketch she created for Canadian Scrapbooker Magazine February Sketchy Challenge:

Feb 2015 Sketch

I was also inspired by Pixels and Paper Challenge. This month's inspiration is:

I was inspired by the photo by the colours (blue, pink and purple tones) as well as the idea of love as the Eiffel Tower is in Paris and Paris is knowns as the city of love. So I added a bunch of hearts with a photo of my grandma with my son.

Supplies used;
paper: dcwv (cardstock)
silhouette (with cut file from Laura Whitaker)
brads: recollections
inks: lindy's stamp gang starburst (tibetan poppy teal, salt water taffy)
we r memory keepers (sew easy: script)
my mind's eye (tiny words)
